Birthday boy sighted

59 years young today (Sunday) it seems as if Kevin Keegan just can't get away from his former employers - even when holding a private coaching session for some youngsters out in Dubai earlier this week - check out the familiar name and logo on T-shirt of his helper...

Happy Birthday Kev. Thanks for giving me the best footballing memories I have ever had, we will never see the like of it again.

And thanks for turning Newcastle into an attacking, entertaining team with ambition and belief.

Fucking hell we could do with some of that now

Nice to see FIFA class  us as a TOP CLUB

Kevin Keegan (59) played for a raft of top clubs including Liverpool, Hamburg and Newcastle United. The England international returned to Newcastle as coach from 1992 to 1997, before a second spell in charge from January to September 2008. The former world-class striker represented his country at the 1982 FIFA World Cup™, and coached England from February 1999 to October 2000

Imagine having KK as our manager now. Butt Smith and Nolan would look like world-beaters tbf.

One or both would be out the door at the first chance KK would get.

Remember, he actually played Butt in every (?) game he was manager. Smith wasn't sold by Keegan because he was "a good guy to have around" iirc.

But yes, Nolan would be out of the door pretty quick I could imagine.
