Ash
When they've played together a little more, Campbell and Hooper could form a superb partnership. Hooper's a beast, extremely strong and has a good amount of pace too.
Robster
Hooper's a beast, extremely strong and has a good amount of pace too. Isn't that the type of typical 'English' player that we should be trying not to produce ? (I haven't seen him to be fair, so he may be very technically gifted)
alexf
could be the next carlton cole!

Not sure why you wouldn't want us to produce powerful and pacey players?

Mick
I've just realised that it's the mackems away on Wednesday, it should be a good game.
Scoreboard82
I've just realised that it's the mackems away on Wednesday, it should be a good game. Many going over for this? Was a good turnout last year and decent atmosphere. Wondering what Tyne tunnel traffic will be like about 6pm for getting there. Don't suppose parking at the SOS will be a problem. binnsy
Seems to be less and less going but expect 300-500 nufc fans to venture over the dark side. This but its always one of my favourite games of the season, including first team games. Always keenly contested as you would expect in a derby and normally a good laugh in the crowd with the banter and piss taking. Pity we won't have the likes of Vukcic, kadar and sammy playing but should be a good test for Abeid. its only £3,pay on the gate, turnstile 58 South Stand, normal away end.
