wrightstuff83
Fair play to him! Sad to see a guy just signed in January is more willing to go out into the community than some of the over payed bell-ends who have been laughing at us while taking massive wages for years! Sad to see a guy just signed in January is more willing to go out into the community than some of the over payed bell-ends who have been laughing at us while taking massive wages for years! In fairness I'd dare say most NUFC players, along with most footballers full stop to their fair bit of community work, particularly the ones from the country they play their football, e.g. Nolan. Just hit and miss as to what gets reported and what doesn't.

The way I'm feeling at the moment I'll just dissect everything to do with the club as, like everyone, I'm at my lowest ebb! Coming in fom work checking here and sky sports looking for a glimmer of hope that fat mike is at least trying to do something, but instead I read the owner and his cohorts are happy with the current management set up, jesus wept! Mr. Snrub
Just went on his wiki and read this.. During the summer break between the footballing season Nolan is known to travel to Africa to teach English to disadvantaged children. So far he has raised £45,000 to help the building of schools in these areas. Seems like a top bloke.
Guest Schmocky
Top bloke indeed. Seen article about owen, taylor and couple others going to see kids that were in hospital. last year, Think was only there to get his sick note tho.

Skirge
He was canny nervous like did a litte speech at the end, Taylor did it last year stepped in at the last min for Milner who was injured. Taylor was more of a natural public speaker, was canny funny with it, but credit to em all for doing thier bit, Ryan Taylor did a thing at Wallbottle school a month or so ago too. I thibk its done more with the new players as soon as it can be done, get them mixed in with the comunity and all that.
GM
Did he give any explanation why he went in for Anichebe like that and possibly a public apology for leaving us in the shit for the Bolton match as a direct result of his petulant on-field behaviour? Did he fuck.

GM
Also...Nolan giving out "young leader" awards? You having a laugh? If he was qualified to do that he should have been stepping up to take that penalty on Saturday. Bottler.
Skirge
He did admit (when asked) he was a red not a blue one of the teachers did rip the piss a bit he took it well, he was surrounded at the end so did not get the chance to say to him about not taking pens and not going over the fkn top

Pilko
The talk of Nolan "bottling" the penalty is bollocks - I'm fairly sure that Oba must have been designated as first choice taker before the game.
Wullie
Oba went and grabbed the ball as soon as the whistle went, he was the chosen taker (remember Kinnear had said that after Barton grabbed the ball off him against WBA). Nolan's missed penalty was almost identical to Oba's too.
lovejoy
Still looks podgy. No wonder he's so one-paced. bolton fans complained a lot this season about him putting beef on and being a lot worse for it.
