Football Tattoos

You lot are all out of your tiny minds thinking you look good with a tattoo, regardless of whether it is an NUFC tatto or otherwise.  You have to be happy with your body as it is, not with stupid, mindless graffitti plastered all over it.

Its almost as though you are having an NUFC tattoo to make sure you can't change your sporting allegiances in later life?

In my mind, my body is adorned with NUFC graffittee.  I don't need to pay someone to reveal my true colours by staining my body.

I have never thought "wow that looks cool, I must have one of those".  My reaction has always been,

"what an insular twat he looks with that tattoo", especially when I am on holiday abroad where it looks even worse!

Some fans walk around sporting these footie tattoos as though they have been defusing IED's in Iraq and Afghanistan.  Lets get real people!

I am not aiming this at us NUFC fans, as I was born and bred in newcasle but now live in Leeds, and think the same of the Leeds Utd fans with tattoos that I see each day!

What?

Come on, Ste. Can you not recognise the walk of a man who has been defusing IED's in Afghanistan?

I imagine it's a nervous kind of walk, perhaps a shuffle. These guys spend hours and hours searching for and defusing volatile explosives. They're not going to be the type to walk around like Danny Dyer giving it large with the Stone Island.

The guys who walk around with the swagger of a champion are the snipers. Smug gits.

Can't help but think Bob wasn't going for 'they shuffle around nervously as if they own the place!'

One fanatical football supporter has made the ultimate tribute to assassinated Colombia international Andres Escobar - by having the defender's shirt tattooed all over his body.

Felipe Alvarez was just nine years old when Escobar was murdered by a man connected with Colombian gambling syndicates after he scored an own goal against USA at the 1994 World Cup.

Tributes are paid to the late defender every year on the anniversary of his death, especially at Atletico Nacional, where he spent most of his career.

However, 25-year-old Alvarez has taken those tributes to a whole new level by having Escobar's shirt - complete with squad number - tattooed on his torso, shoulders and arms.

With all those green stripes to fill in, it must have cost him a few pesos. Perhaps he should have got the sponsor's name across his chest too to help with the cost.
