Fenham Mag
Don't like the collar. This. It looks too tight around the neck. The striped on the sleeves stop quite short of the end of the sleeve, probably for them huge Championship badges they will have to wear.
Chase
If I am going to purchase the new home shirt, it has to be with a number/name at the back of it and right now I'm not too certain on which of the players are leaving and which are staying. It'd depend heavily on whether Newcastle United gets relegated or not. I decided 2 years ago than I'm getting names/numbers put on the shirt, but instead of current players I'm getting legends names instead. 2 years ago I was going to have Milner but instead decided to go with Asprilla 11 on our current shirt. Think for the next shirt I'll be getting Beardsley.
Guest TheKingOfNewcastle
It's a 'nowt special' shirt completely ruined by the back. Just like that one we had with the shield on it.

NG32
I like it TBH, it could do without the shitty white patch on the back but I still like it.

mrmojorisin75
yeah right, classic names and number - ginola 14 in red writing would boil my potatoes, as would an asprilla 11 anywhere you can get generic cool numbers printed on the back? in red? ianovthetoon
Complete with sports direct logo on the back if we're in the championship - nailed on. You might even get it done free with your toon top in your local Sports Direct http://img509.imageshack.us/img509/1408/newkitback.jpg
mrmojorisin75
... any print shop.. what would be totally sweet would be the lettering and numbering for the current argentina strip and other adidas strips but done in red EDIT: maybe not the current one, this one: http://www.soccer10shop.com/images/messi19away.jpg

I guess I'm either choosing Shearer 9 or my name at the back.
BlueStar
Am I the only person who doesn't like having names on the back of replica kits and also doesn't think it matters/looks wrong if there's a panel on the back with no name on it?

WarrenBartonCentrePartin
if you want the red adidas style, wiggysports.co.uk (I've linked to them before) seem to stock every type of lettering and numbering imaginable.

WarrenBartonCentrePartin
my housemate just picked up on this, why is it 2009/10? Shouldn't it be 2009/11? Or is this 'cos our sponsorship with the Rock will run out then?
