Ronaldo
Yesterday was the first match I've been p*ssed of with his kicking, it was f***ing terrible. Really? What have you been watching all season long? Yep, it's poor.
Tiresias
Kicking always been poor, when we're playing great though usually Tiote will go and get the ball immediately so it won't matter too much. I can forgive him because every other aspect of his game is fantastic.
Zach
The reaction save he pulled off for Jelavic's goal was unreal, he was unlucky he couldn't push it far enough.
David28
So, what's the situation with this at the moment like? Is he nr. 2, 3 or has he a chance of being their first choice keeper during the EURO? Tim Krul: Euro 2012 call-up is a 'dream come true' TIM KRUL has described his call-up for Euro 2012 as a “dream come true” and says he will travel to Poland and the Ukraine full of confidence. Krul is one of three goalkeepers in the Netherlands squad for the tournament. “I’m going to a massive, massive tournament and I’ve been wanting that since I was a little boy,” he told the club’s official website. “I’m going into the squad with a lot of confidence but I have two great goalkeepers in front of me in (Maarten) Stekelenburg and (Michel) Vorm.” Read More http://www.journallive.co.uk/nufc/newcastle-united-news/2012/05/19/61634-31002455/#ixzz1vIonJV1a

Not a lot in it between Krul and Vorm but he most likely won't feature in the tournament unless Stekelenburg gets injured.
David28
Ok, cheers. Thought they might had changed their minds after their respecitve seasons.
Unbelievable
Ok, cheers. Thought they might had changed their minds after their respecitve seasons. I don't think Van Marwijk is the type of manager to lose confidence in the goalkeeper who has been very instrumental in getting to the World Cup final two years ago just because he's had a difficult first season abroad.. Andy
Doesn't seem to be kicking the ball long half as often for Holland as he does for us.
Newcastle Fan
They lost 2-1 but there was little he could do about both goals (Penalty and a header from close range) his distribution was superb today.

wormy
Could be the other way around - wearing Dutch colours making him believe in his ability to play football, totally... Not having Williamson and Simpson in front of you will do that to a goalkeeper.

Not having Williamson and Simpson in front of you will do that to a goalkeeper. Yeah i would expect if we are able to entice Debuchy and Mbiwa/Douglas to join in the summer you would see Krul pass the ball out from the back a lot more than he has done this season. I would'nt have any confidence in Simpson and Williamson either

Skirge
Krul shrugs off transfer talk ESPN staff June 9, 2012« Demetrious Johnson books final as Erick Silva shines | Pacquiao registers career-high weight for Bradley » I've signed my five-year contract and I'm committed - Tim Krul © Getty Images Enlarge Netherlands keeper Tim Krul has brushed off speculation about his future, insisting he is happy at Newcastle. The 24-year-old is part of the Dutch squad at Euro 2012, where he is understudy to Maarten Stekelenburg, but he has been questioned about his future. A season of top-class performances have prompted talk of bids from Chelsea and Tottenham. Newcastle are well aware of the talent at their disposal and recently tied Krul to a five-year deal. It is a decision Krul does not regret as he sees a long-term future with the Magpies. "It's all just talk," Krul said. "I've signed my five-year contract and I'm committed to Newcastle United. "The club has not played in Europe for six years and I want to be a part of that. "This club deserves European football. We've got everything, the stadium, the fans and an owner in Mike Ashley who's backing us." http://www.espn.co.uk/football/sport/story/154569.html
