Very hard to take for the Forest supporters if you ask me. They were 2nd for much of the season and won't get promoted now. Unfair but that's football.

I find it fucking hilarious.  ;D ;D They're unbearable.

Didn't know that, did not have THAT much contact with them I have to say.

Used to have a soft spot for Forest before this season. The epitomy of a one-man club. Brian Clough is Nottingham Forest.

I'm biased, I have family who support them and they're just awful. ;D

Just out of interest, if Blackpool do come up, who on earth is going to join them? Who could they afford?

DJ Campbell might join full time if they're lucky.

Forest being out is the best thing for us, only ones I could see putting up a fight. Cardiff are broke and Leicester have nowhere near the quality required.

Hopefully no one and it means another team between us and the fizzy pop league for another season.

High scoring games are rare but the play-off seems to find more than its share of aggregate beltas

1999 Bolton 4-4 Ipswich (incl 3-4 in 2nd leg aet)

2000 Bolton 5-7 Ipswich (incl 3-5 in 2nd leg aet)

2003 Forest 4-5 Sheffield United (incl 3-4 in 2nd leg)

2004 Palace 4-4 Mackems (incl 3-2 in 1st leg) - Palace win on pens (remember Jeff Whitley) HA HA

2007 Southampton 4-4 Derby (incl 3-2 in 2nd leg) - Derby win on pens

This! Wanted Forest to come up with us up until this year. Delighted for Blackpool, even more delighted if the go up, should give take up one of the three relegation spots automatically.

Nope, two best teams go up and the next 4 battle it out for the playoffs. Perfectly fair.

Forest
