For a second it looked like Nobby Solano Still, good news if he's being given a go. Pretty nervous about the match tbh. As positive as last week as in places, I think our fairly blunt attack will be put to the sword at home. Fully expect Reading to hold on to the ball well and frustrate us as much as possible. Going for a 1-1.

Alberto2005
Glad Hunt isnt playing. Could have been a real threat. Yeah he could, that would have been two weeks in a row Harper's skull would have been sliced open.
kevin doyle
Do you reckons Hunt is gone then, KD? Sorry for delay. Obviously he has gone, and alas after stating publicly he thought he was to good for us, with a sour taste. Having signed a new contract last season he just wasn't the same player. Not sure how he will be at Hull- Phil Brown has not watched him towards the end of last season or he would only have spent afiver on him !!!!
kevin doyle
Hunt to Hull. Good news. Yeah, when I first heard of it I thought, I don't want them signing any decent players as I hate Phil Brown, then I realised we play them on saturday and it'll be alot easier without arguably Readings best player on the pitch Not been the player he was for us!!! kevin doyle
I rate Reading higher than I do West Brom as a team but saying that I haven't really paid attention to them since they got relegated in the 07/08 season. Are they nothing much to shout about now? Totally different team played on saturday compared to last season- Average age 22-oldest player 25.Have lost Coppell and several players from last season. Not at the match on Saturday but on all accounts Scott Davies played a blinder. New manager very keen to play a passing game. For maddy. i said somewhere else that i only recognised a couple of the names on their teamsheet from last weekend but of these youngsters what are they like ? any good ? Not seen them in the flesh but all seem comfortable on the ball (radio commentry)
kevin doyle
Reading won 5-1 in the Carling Cup yesterday. Maybe not the pushover some might be expecting. 9 changes from the team on Saturday.
