Disappointing as QPR are not a top Championship side. They will go 4th if they win their game in hand. I think they are one of the better teams in the league. It was a good chance to go a little further clear, now we find ourselves in a position where one set of games could change a whole lot. Anyway, if we see it a 1 point gained, then it's good. afar Posted September 30, 2009 Share Posted September 30, 2009 At least we didn't lose this one, it was a tough game against an in form team, but we should have expected a bit more from the lads. The penalty could have changed the whole game obviously. But looking on the bright side, we've pulled away a little more from both the 2nd and 3rd (as well as Boro) after this set of midweek games. Got to beat Bristol at the weekend though, they don't seem to travel very well so we've got to be pretty confident about getting the win. I hope questions are asked as to why he was allowed to take it ahead of a player in goalscoring form (ie Nolan) and the two strikers. Maybe none of the others had the bottle.
