People still talk about things on a game to game basis like it matters and the worst are those who ring up and just ask Ando questions without sying a word. waste of airtime. Everything I've ever read by him or heard him say has been very diplomatic about being passionate about the North East as a whole rather than specifically supporting a single team. In fairness, that is touched upon in that piece but I've never seen him come as close to saying that Newcastle is categorically "his club", even if it has always seemed that way.
