madras
we must've been close at huddersfield the day we got promoted in the 80's. I was in our end behind the goal that day, loads of my mates were in the end to our left but most of my mates were in the home end opposite where I was. we officially had both ends behind the goals. i was in the uncovered end and to our right, a supposed home end, it was at least 50% newcastle. didnt the tickets for the opposite end, we were also in, say 'Cow Sheds' on them? possibly. i don't even think i had a ticket. i remember going into a rasta pub fuck off pilko and they enjoyed having us there as "white guys don't come in", got me a fuck off pilko taste for red stripe in there and my first smokes. after the game a toon fuck off pilko fan was directing traffic and the traffic obeyed him. (2-2 ft) i was too young at 16 but if i can get served in the city vaults i'll try anywhere. just thought i got on the pitch at leeds road, then blundell park a few years later.......2010 ? aye we were getting beat 2-0 then waddles and mills if memory serves. keegan and beardsley unfit (or maybe waddle was out and beardsley scored)

Mick
we officially had both ends behind the goals. i was in the uncovered end and to our right, a supposed home end, it was at least 50% newcastle. The covered end was to my left, the main stand was to my right and I think I was opposite the end with the scoreboard. The memory isn't too good as I had been drinking all of the way down and we were in a pub just outside the ground from 11am to 2:45 pm. I know at full time we had to go across the pitch and into the main stand to get out.

No idea i'm afraid, we haven't worked out how we are getting to Barnsley yet, i have been informed by my sources that it is merely a few miles so transport links should be a plenty. I have a mate whos at Sheffield Uni so we are invading his flat.
