People really understimate the US side. They're good enough to reach as far as the Quarters IMO.

Only if they play against Robert Green every game, other than that they are shite.

They almost won the Confeds Cup and beat Spain. Their players aren't impressive on paper, but their team spirit makes up for it.

Cahill sent off.. seems a bit harsh..

I'm sitting here wondering what you're all talking about. Girlfriend rewinds Sky+ to see if her 3D glasses work on that bloody 3D advert, so I'm 1minute behind the action.  ;D

The Brazil squad is poor by its normal standards:

Gilberto - Could not get a game at Spurs

Elano - Dumped by Man City

Gilberto - Too old & too slow for Arsenal & Arsne

Baptista - Weg did not want snap him up after loan spell

Kléberson  - Failure at Man Utd

Robinho - had issues at Man City but has looked good at Santos.

I am surprised Mirandinha did not make the squad.

Brazil stacked with attackers in '06 (Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, Kaka, Adriano..) and tried to fit them into one team. It failed miserably.

This team is much better than that one, it's organised and efficient but has flair in the right areas. They wont concede many and they'll pick teams off at will on the break. Dunga is the best thing that's happened to Brazil in years.

Kind of like how people really underestimate the England side.

I don't underestimate you, I'm being realistic.

Same.
