Guest Haris Vuckic
Yeh I'm not good enough for red. I've been wearing orange/silver mercurials so I might need something more modest when I spoon a shot over from 10 yards out.
Sifu
Rab? It means that whereas the others leave the training ground pitch, Ben arfa stays for doing more exercices. Extremely encouraging, that. Certainly sounds like he's determined to make a big impact on the league this year, from the soundbites. Seems like his injury might actually turn out to be a blessing in disguise long-term if it's ramped up his desire.

Got quite a few mates that wear Panofola's and swear by em, got realy wide feet though and never buy boots unless I've tried them on. Only ever seen these online. Dr Venkman
Excellent news that he's putting extra work in,good lad. We're so close to having a fully firing Ben Arfa now! Hope he's allowed to get up to match fitness before November as he could very easily be the difference in that hard group of games.

AyeDubbleYoo
If I won it I'd just wish I'd bet more than £2. Just one of the reasons why I don't gamble on football.
Fenham Mag
Heres the article comparing Gourcuff and Ben Arfa (translated on google): http://www.le10sport.com/Football/Divers/Ben-Arfa-ou-Gourcuff--qui-a-le-plus-davenir-201053560.html Ben Arfa or Gourcouff: Who has has the most future? Two announced stars of French football have found the land almost simultaneously. Who Yoann Gourcuff or Hatem Ben Arfa has no future? This is our poll of the day. GOURCUFF, it is the true successor of Zidane In the heyday of Yoann Gourcuff, even Zinedine Zidane had dared to say that he could identify with the gesture of the player. While in Bordeaux, the son of Christian dying on the screen, including spin. And if his skills suddenly returned? BEN ARFA: The most gifted of his generation In the opinion of 90% of the players who played with him, Hatem Ben Arfa is the most gifted player of his generation. A dribbles improbable shots of swaying and acceleration, HBA knows feast. His future in England, if it does not hurt again, is clear. NO, they are shooting stars Both players have had almost similar trajectories. Extolled by the specialists and their counterparts, the two stars are descended from their cloud due to injuries or events outside the sport. Now the question is more than possible. BOTH, the talent to replace them at the top level At Newcastle, Alan Pardew gives maximum confidence HBA. In a healthy environment and supported by the fans, away from the spotlight, the former Marseille could only shine. In Lyon, with Remi Garde, Gourcuff found a form of cocoon in which he likes to change. His back against Nancy has been interesting. All lights are green! It thinks the Ligue 1: Gael Danic (Valenciennes) "I love Ben Arfa. I'm a fan. I sometimes watch the games just because he played Marseille. His only problem is its regularity. But I think in France, was on his back too. " Souleymane Diawara (Marseille): "I'm glad to see Yo Gourcuff back. I can not choose between him and Ben Arfa, I take both! I'm sure they can complement each other. " Geoffrey Dernis (Montpellier): "Gourcuff. Ben Arfa is a spoiled child who always had problems in the clubs where it went. He sulked when he did not return ... and that's all that m'insupporte in a player when you have the chance to do business there. " Jerome Rothen (Bastia): "Hatem is a genius. Hatem is a player capable of removing three or four guys. To win games, he is the one I take. " Moussa Sissoko (Toulouse): "Gourcuff plays more on the pass, while Ben Arfa is in the percussion, and provocation in a duel against one. For me, impossible to choose, I take two or nothing! Sifu
From what I've read/heard, Gourcuff has somewhat lost his way recently. He hasn't really been able to replicate his Bordeaux 2008/09 form for a while now (especially at Lyon). For those who watch Ligue 1, is this a fair thing to say? Revolution Number 9
I thought he did well, exactly how I'd expect him to play. He made things happen and looked for the positive option more often than not.

He made things happen and looked for the positive option more often than not. hes only going to get better. you can see hes lacking a bit of sharpness, which is understandable given the lack of football hes played. M4
Still not the best decision making in the last third from him. But as said he's dynamic so helps things happen around him. Great he got a whole half.
