I don't get why some people want Jonas to get a game for NUFC. Nobody wanted Jonas in the side when Pardew kept picking him. I doubt Jonas has become a better player in the interim. Anyway, what's the point in giving him game time? He's leaving in the Summer. We may as well play one of the youngsters instead. We rightly complained last season when Gosling and Shola kept getting games ahead of players who were going to be at the club in the next season.

The last time NUFC played a player out of sentiment it was Alan Smith. Last game of the season, we were winning 3 - 0 against West Brom which would have secured an 8th place finish (if memory serves). Pardew brought Smith on and the game ended 3 - 3. Bringing Smith on was more damaging than if we'd had someone sent off. We ended up in the bottom half of the table.

Lol at some of the comments on here about not being good enough to get a game. You would have thought it was as if our team was full of players with the calibre of Messi, and Ronaldo. Most of the players we have are not any better than Jonas.

Is Collback better than Jonas? No. So what's the difference if we gave Jonas a few games in Collback's place?

Playing him could really upset this good run we are on. We can't just be seen as been a club who dish out favours to people, especially a leech like him who is sucking club dry like Tal Ben Haim did to Portsmouth - if he had any honour he'd have offered to leave for nowt to save the club money in these times where we need every penny we can.

Can't help but think this is another Harris and associates move to lighten the potential (non) atmosphere on Sat.

The old "win them with passion" method that was tried and failed in the derby.

not for the other team it wasnt , on the last 4 occasions

They've always got a few more cards. Raylor could make another return from injury soon.
