Ronaldo
Him and Gouffran on the wings. I'd be tempted to just sack it all off for good.
toon25
Him and Gouffran on the wings. I'd be tempted to just sack it all off for good. It'll happen. No doubt whatsoever. It'll fucking happen.

sempuki
I thought they weren't going to play him anymore due to a clause activating a new deal in his contract when he played a few more games?

So it’s great to have him back.” He's playing against West Ham in the reserves on Monday and there is a special message on the big screen before KO
nufcjb
Fantastic to see him back to his old self. Have to say, it was heart-wrenching when his photos first came out, but if the guy can lift the mood and morale of the team, then just have him around then. Most wouldn't want him near the team and maybe rightly so but with Pardew liking Gouffran than others, would rather have him than Gouff to be honest. Of course Cabella, Abeid and Anita should be in front of him though.

newsted
Naked jonas He'd be brave after the op, like, but if you're curious, and he's OK with it, then fine. Weirdo. I was cross with people saying "Oh, no, not him!!" after all the positive messages because I thought he was a good guy, and a good player, but that's just me. My boyhood hero, Malcolm Macdonald, shouted at me on the late, unlamented Three Legends shitfest when I tried to explain how many chances Jonas created, on the grounds that he didn't understand what creating a chance meant. When somebody passes you the ball and you twat it into the goal, you legendary drunken arsehole! That bit was cut Jonas set a lot up and people didn't do the necessary twatting, but that wasn't his fault. Haters gonna hate, but I think Jonas passes muster. Fuck you if you disagree
Ronaldo
Sorry but given the quality of some of the strikers we've had in the team since 2008, Jonas' amount of assists is absolutely pitiful.

We're going to bump heads a bit, aren't we? Given the quality of the strikers, they should have scored, so his assist total should have been bountiful. Stupid strikers. We're going to bump heads a bit, aren't we? Given the quality of the strikers, they should have scored, so his assist total should have been bountiful. Stupid strikers. Not really. It was his job to make things happen and he didn't. Mainly because his crossing, passing and general striking of a ball resembled that of Amdy Faye in Timberland boots. Like Gouffran, he ended up at Newcastle United because he cost peanuts and stayed in the side because he grafted and was respectful of management while never performing as an attacking player should. Guest firetotheworks
Under Keegan for those few games he looked good. I liked him in a three with Tiote and Cabaye in the 5th season as well and he and Jose worked really nicely together as a pair. He genuinely did graft his bollocks off as well, which does go a long way when it was was actually effective and not how it became and how it already is with Gouffran - running around and doing fuck all. I like Jonas, completely shit going forward and probably the worst crosser of a ball I've ever seen from an NUFC 'winger', but it's hard to dislike him, it's not really his fault, he is what he is and as much as I dislike him as a player now, there was a time when I really valued him. Sima
I love the bloke to bits as man but it's disgustingly sycophantic from the club to try and curry favour with the supporters by re-introducing him into the squad considering we were trying to give him away less than a year ago. He's blatantly being used to bury bad news and it doesn't sit comfortably with me.
