Is my point proven. MANAGERS DONT WIN GAMES. Great players do. They said PEP would know every thing about Barca. He Could do nothing about it

Lee still believes this isn't Carvers fault

f***ing hell

He could manage Messi and he'd have Piqué booting it up to his head and play Adriano and Alba in midfield.

This underrating of managers pisses me off btw. Yes, at the end of the day players are the ones that do the work on the pitch, but managers do have a massive influence. Did Atlético have a better squad than us last season? Yet they did better in all major competitions.

By that logic, whats the point in Chelsea having a top manager in Morinho, when they could make a massive saving by sacking him and appointing Paul Ince...

Lee Ryder obviously didn't watch the game last night. Barcelona were superior because they had Messi of course and Bayern didn't have Robben and Ribery. However they still played like a functional team, had a plan and were competitive for most of the game. They didn't fall to pieces in the first minute and hang their heads.

I just don't see how someone with a functioning brain could compare Newcastle to Bayern, or Carver to Pep right now. It's just so idiotic I don't know where to start. Pep lost to a great team, Carver loses to any team and makes less of the team than the sum of its parts. Anyone who can't see that shouldn't be allowed out in public.

It's moronic and ignores the point that Bayern Munich were up against Barca because they're good enough to play in the fucking Champions League.

Why am I justifying it with a response ffs. The man has severe special needs.

Absolutely bizarre from the man. I'm half expecting his last presser to be conducted shirtless whilst he makes a last ditch attempt at camaraderie with the fans by proclaiming his love for "deep house" and a "cheeky nandos".

What a sausage.

Where are all those ex-players and pundits who were praising Carver before this? Come on, show some balls and back him as the best coach in the league now!

Shearer, Rob Lee and all you fucking dimwits, this is the guy you backed!
