We need someone with pace, power and direction up front....

Ricardo Fuller fits the bill.

He's thirty bloody one. He's only play for us two years max.

He is top quality tho.

Agreed he is good but at that age and the price that Stoke would sell him for just wouldn't be worth it.

I dunno, i reckon 10 million might break them.

Lolz.

We have 35 mil to spend, this guy could help us to a european spot.

If we want another CB to partner Coloccini, we could do a lot worse than signing Douglas of FC Twente.

We can send Tiote back to have a 'word' with him.

"Chieck lad, tell that Douglas kid he's coming here in the summer. He hasn't any say in the matter, if he tries to protest just give him the eyes." :tiote:

I think people are giving him a bum deal here. He's far better than Shola. I think the problem won't be should we buy him but how are we going to convince him to come here?

Bendter is an improved version of Shola, but his statistics isn't  that good when you factor in that he plays for Arse. He's too inconsistent, and misses too many obvious chances. And his attitude is shit. Because we probably will play in a 4-4-1-1  4-5-1 formation next year, we need an attacker that fits that bill: Industrious, fast and possession-skilled.  Consequently, he's a no go for me.

Doubt we'd stump up for Bendtner's wages like. Class act like despite what people. Not the most consistent but still gets a fair few goals and can change the game by himself which isn't something we have much of these days.

Think we could do a lot better than Bendtner.

He could do a lot better than us too.

How could anybody do better than the toon??? We just made the greatest comback in PL history

Can we go for getting some self respect back? how much does that cost? Is it even realistic?

If we search leagues in Holland, France and Belgium we may find a player that surpass Bender, and he will be much cheaper,  purchase-wise and salary-wise. I trust Carr.
