That's an awesome picture. But don't the players look older than modern players, the first 3 arsenal guys look well into their 40's !!! Also the shin pads, amazing how they could even run in those.

Any of the old stagers, correct me if I'm wrong, but I reckon the line up from front to back is:

 

Stan Seymour (chairman/manager)

Joe Harvey (capt)

Bobby Cowell

Ted Robledo

Jackie Milburn

Bobby Mitchell

George Robledo

Tommy Walker

Billy Foulkes

Alf McMichael

Ronnie Simpson

Had no idea Keegan ran the Great North Run, seriously football in those days....wish I could have seen those times, so much more real then.

 

1 hr 26 minutes as well I think it was - good time.
