You would think simple black and white stripes were impossible to get wrong, anything like that would be a step up on this seasons one.

Quick shoppery.

It's not hard to make a decent strip is it PUMA?

And that's the adjustments I'm thinking of. Reminds me of a juve shirt, theirs always look the nuts

Spot on that one.

Plain Black shorts (i.e. just puma logo and crest, no white stripes/patterns or owt) and Plain Black Socks with a white turnover, and the strip would be perfect - nice and simple.

Of course, this is us... and it'll be nowt like that!

Wish they would do something like this with the sponsor:

Just a quick edit of last seasons shirt.

That doesn't look half bad, like. Reckon it'd look even slicker on mattyp's mock up. And down the opposite side of the shirt.

The old shirt with it's dodgey shoulder pads looks quite good in comparison to the new one.

I like the idea of putting the sponsor in one of the stripes. It's a nice break from tradition. Can't see it happening though; I'm guessing Northern Rock have a very specific contract about where and what is on the shirt.
