LucaAltieri
Why has Chimbonda been able to play for both Guadeloupe and France?
Wullie
I think it's because Guadeloupe aren't a member of FIFA.
LucaAltieri
That would make sense.
Superior Acuña
That's interesting - they're a member of CONCACAF but not FIFA, so can play in Copa Oro but not the WC. I didn't know there were cases like that.
Tooj
Kosovo are the other way round aren't they? Fifa now recognise them but UEFA won't.
Kaizero
Championship team wins the FA Cup, qualifies for the Europa League. Following season, wins the Europa League and qualifies for the Champions League. Doesn't get promoted either season and still a Championship club (or even more dramatically, is relegated to League One). Can they play in the Champions League as a Championship/League One club? Would be very bizarre (but good) if they could. Of course they could, man
Kevo
Can two players kick off now that they've introduced the one player rule? Do Sunday leagues now go for the one player rule, too?
Toondave
I think the rule change was that the ball no longer has to be kicked forwards, rather than "you have to use 1 player". So by that logic you could still do it the old way if you wanted to.

henke
Are top level Futsal players former professionals, or kids who didn't make it in proper football? They can't be much money in Futsal compared to surely.
Disco
Are top level Futsal players former professionals, or kids who didn't make it in proper football? They can't be much money in Futsal compared to surely. They're trained specialist futsal players at the top level definitely.
henke
Why aren't they playing in a league somewhere, on grass?
triggs
Why aren't they playing in a league somewhere, on grass? Because some people are more suited to playing indoors with less players and less athleticism
Disco
Why aren't they playing in a league somewhere, on grass? Not fit, fast or good enough I suppose. No idea what the money is like in futsal mind. Some real talent and great goals in the WC so far like.
Marmoset
What exactly is a PFM? What are the criteria?
AyeDubbleYoo
A proper football man. Not sure exactly, be English, white, middle aged, like getting stuck in.
Guest firetotheworks
Thinks that only foreigners dive, thinks that English managers don't get the chances. Plays percentages, get stuck in, get rid of it, long ball, early crosses, is absolutely shit. Allardyce, Pearson and Pardew are some examples.
