Long distance running, maybe. Which is ironic, as he looks knackered after 10 mins on a football pitch.

Yeah, definitely. I was thinking more explosive sports.

He needs to sort himself out man. Get on some sort of programme over the summer to work on it. He has everything available to him to do so nowadays.

Instead he's always on silly lads holidays and posting things on Instagram. Aarons stays back over the summer and puts in work afterall.

The Ameobi genetics already account for the slow thinking and general lethargy. Let's get the cunt down the gym, bulk him up, just to see if we can slow him down anymore. Great idea that.

If that doesn't work maybe slip him a Rufi just before they leave the changing rooms.

Fucks sake.

From .com:

Speaking at a recent fan forum event, Cardiff City manager Russell Slade answered a question about why  Newcastle loanee Sammy Ameobi has seen his pitch time rationed so far this season as follows:

"When Sammy came to us there were one or two fitness issues. Unfortunately, one of things we had to address was medication.

"He is on new medication now and starting to look fresher, stronger, not struggling for his breath.

"He has an asthma problem, but that is being dealt with much better. He’s had a change to his inhaler and he has altered his breathing patterns.

"Managing his pitch time has helped - moving forward that has been a big thing for him.”

The fact that the team where he is only on loan for one season, in a division below us, are the ones sorting out his long-term medical condition says it all about the quality and professionalism of our medical team. Pretty much sums up the club as a whole really.

Why is he still around  If it was money then I'm sure there are students out there majoring in sports medicine who would do an internship and not actively be killing our players. win-win
