Would be perfect if he was happy to play as a back up striker. 1 in 2 for Fulham and would be available during the ACON, sure he would get plenty of chances in Europe and as I don't think we will spend much/defence is priority a forward of his pedigree would be great on a free. Lee Payne told BBC Radio Norfolk that Holt, 31, has been left "hurt" after negotiations over a new deal stalled. Payne alleged talks broke down when Canaries chief executive David McNally questioned the age of the club's top scorer. "David bluntly turned around and said 'you're too old so forget a third year'," said Payne. Sounds like they've been taking tips from Llambias.
