Whatever happened to the demands from the likes of Platini to bring in a limit to number of foreigners a team could play ? There was outrage and panic at the top of the Prem, then nothing more. For the position they are in and for where they aim to go it's a great signing... Bit like Nolan going to West Ham... If its more than a 2yr contract then you would be more hesitant...
