Difficult game with them desperate to cheat at every opportunity while possessing decent skills on the ball but thought he led and played really well tonight.

 

Loved that he drew blood on one of them and didnt get booked, bet that really pissed them off.

no one think he was at fault for their first one on one ? ball broke in the box and their player was with marveaux/anita (?) and colo just seemed to run towards it then leave it ?

some of his general play was great, but he keeps getting caught to tight and again gave away a few unnecessary freekicks 25 yards out with his back to goal.

 

  last night we weren't punished like we were by everton.

Yeah, I went mad when I saw that.

 

That was more down to bad luck than bad play IMO.

How quickly he came off confirms to me he knows it is all part of recurring back/hamstring problem.

 

Seems like he is managing an injury tbh. Won't be long out but he is at risk of a hamstring tear in the long run.
