Disco
James McCarthy Plays in England & is not out of contract anytime soon. Guess again. (Would take him mind, very accomplished)
Stuy_O
James McCarthy Would defo take him, we're getting linked with him a bit. Depends if Wigan need to sell I guess.
Unlucky Luque
Callum McManaman please
Skeletor
Callum McManaman please Our training ground could do with a punching bag I guess.
Cronky
Shaun Maloney and Callum McManaman. Not too sure about the other Wigan players - they've been able to play without pressure and its quite different at a club with our kind of expectations. Junior Hoilett as well. Skeletor
From relegated teams: QPR: Loic Remy Wigan: Shaun Maloney James McCarthy Aroune Kone Reading: http://media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lg4rr7V3tw1qaifa5.gif
AyeDubbleYoo
Junior Hoilett as well. Hells no.
Dave
Maloney is already 30.
Skeletor
Maloney is already 30. If we're keeping Pardew then we need to back him with his preferred Premiership experience
Cajun
Some of these won't be realistic due to wage/fees but fuck it, relegated players (please bear in mind most of these would be squad players) - McCarthy Maloney Al-Habsi Kone Samba Onuoha Remy Hoilett Le Fondre
olliemort
Would love kone
AyeDubbleYoo
Samba?
Cajun
Samba? Samba, Al-Habsi, Hoilett and Onouha are admittedly based on their form pre-QPR as I haven't watched many of their games.
Skeletor
Should be wary of signing any players from QPR who aren't Remy. None of them have looked bothered all season. We have enough of those already.
AyeDubbleYoo
I guess they would perform better in a less mercenary environment TBF.
brummie
Maloney is a confidence player. Did ok for us at times, but then disappeared for months on end. He's bit like Wayne Routledge in that sense. Think he's the sort who just does better on a smaller stage, as he has at Wigan.
Unlucky Luque
Maloney would be a good option for the winger/wide forward back-up spots. Rather bring him on than Obertan
Stuy_O
Loic Remy of course. Wonder if Ashley is onto that one already but they'll be queuing up for him. Desperately need a pacey forward to compliment Cisse.
Gallowgate Toon
What's Bony's situation? Any other decent strikers of his ilk knocking around Holland or Belgium?
Jack Flash
James McCarthy is nothing special.
Stuy_O
What's Bony's situation? Any other decent strikers of his ilk knocking around Holland or Belgium? Said he wants to leave this summer. Ain't sure what the crack is with his contract. That Finnbogason from Heerenveen looks pretty good when i'v watched him also. Not sure how much he would cost. BillClinton
What's Bony's situation? Any other decent strikers of his ilk knocking around Holland or Belgium? That Finnbogason from Heerenveen looks pretty good when i'v watched him also. Not sure how much he would cost. Yeah he's done really well this season and should be relatively cheap. 24 goals in 31 games isn't bad at all and he's scored them in all sorts of ways. However given how well Altidore has done over there it worries me that the level of play isn't that great for strikers. Could definitely see Maloney at Sunderland. Mole_Toonfan
According to Bony's agent he's off in the summer and two pl clubs have offered 10m for his services. Also i don't like Samba i find him incredibly overrated always have but how would he be realistic considering the wages he's been on at QPR and Anzhi?
