If it is a push, it is a pen, rules is rules Personally i would give every single push, pull or block, it would soon stop the blatant stuff that goes on at every corner. His hand, which was far from his body, stopped the ball, which was going towards an open goal/Krul. Stonewall penalty. His hand was in a 'natural' position for getting him self off the ground, it wasn't placed there just incase a shot came it's way. Until humans evolve into a more streamlined mammal, you'll find that people cannot keep there hands 20cm from there cock at all times. I would have given a penalty as you could say he could have done more to quickly move out of the way (debatable), but I wouldn't say it was stonewall. Clearest penalty not given this season from the games I´ve seen. At first it looks like he extends his arm to reach the ball but upon further viewing it was deflected into the direction of his arm. That handball rule really should be about natural position (ie, if hands aren't at side or in front of the torso it's not a handball). Consider me educated. You can forgive my mistake given some of the decisions you see these days. Refs usually point to the spot as soon as they see any form of contact with the arm.
