Was probably recorded before the Oliver getting abuse news surfaced so he will likely try and walk it back to save face but how absurd and sensationalist is that. Probably wasn't even the most controversial this week across the country. Quite. I’d have Vertonghen being given offside five yards in his own half or Roy Carroll (or whichever Man U keeper it was) being allowed to retrieve the ball from two yards inside his own goal higher for starters. joeyt
Arsenal fans are the absolute worst and have been for over a decade The creation of Arsenal Fan TV and Arteta fueling it by enabling a victim mentality the biggest examples They're absolutely unhinged
Nobody
What did Arsenal fans say about the double booking Trossard should have had against us in the cup game? That was a way more blatantly wrong decision than this red.
SEMTEX
I just remembered that the PL said they'd implement semi automated offsides this season. What the devil happened to that? Was Coote in charge of IT and nee1 else can get the PC to work so they're just hoping that no-one calls them out? Was weird that they'd implement it mid-season anyway. Magpie
Kavanagh was fucking shit today. No real excuse for our performance but he was utterly shit.
Theregulars
To me he applied a different standard to both sides: we were pulled up on every niggly foul but they were permitted to do them. The non-call that leads to their goal is a lot more shocking than a lot of people seem to have noticed today, the trip on Gordon was blatant.
nufc123
It was a lot better than many of our home games. Some freekicks here and there, but you got to expect that. Very positive he turned up the yellows early.
Skeletor
It doesn't even matter today. The referee was the least of our worries. Our performance was the dogawful thing today.

The yellow card to Gordon for dissent was very harsh I thought, depending what was said of course. Wasn't shouting or gesturing or behaving aggressively, just seemed to be having a quiet word. No way he gives that yellow to a red team's player doing the same thing.
