They should be tackling play acting, diving and flopping with everything they have. Biggest disease to the game and its spectacle.

 

So of course on paper they should be using it for yellows. Simple quick review without stopping play - into the refs ear, such and such incident was a dive, bringing game into disrepute, yellow. Play on.

 

Simple. But it's also impressive how little VAR has done against simulation and managed to let it be even more rampant.

Referee should be immediately sacked for allowing Liverpool to play on with the head injury, you can go on about everything else, but that was fucking shocking.

I'm fucked off with the result, but the notion that 11 minutes was conjured up to suit Liverpool is mad. For 9 of those minutes Liverpool were hanging on and would have gladly taken a whistle. That they scored at the death has nothing to do with officials and all to to with the universe just likes to kick us in our delicate bits more than other clubs.

if that’s 1-2 at 90 minutes, it’s 6 added on. Fact. My source is the last 15 years of football refereeing

Also I think it's ridiculous that a Liverpool player fouls one of ours and the ref doesn't give a yellow card but our player has to go off for 30 seconds because he received treatment so we're down to 9 men

One of the worse referee performances you’ll ever see. He got every minor and major decision wrong. Probably for both teams although amazingly when he should of give Liverpool a free kick on one occasion and didn’t they scored from it which just about sums our luck up

They were hanging on to only losing 2-0 in the cup final but were over the moon with 11minutes there too.

Yeah I’m still so angry about this, was raging hard last night as it happened in the same way as Bruno did. This is the problem with VAR, that is a clear and obvious mistake, but they cannot do anything about it because it’s not a straight red card so they won’t look at it for an obvious second yellow - scandalous

I can't understand, the Gravenberch challenge doesn't even seem like it was checked, the commentators brushed it off yet made a fuss of Joey's high boot and Trippier's challenge.

 

The more and more I see of the Konate incident the more angry I get.
