Was screaming at this one, why couldn't he have waited until the ball had went out of play? Mental that he stopped it during an attack.

We were all over them too. It absolutely killed our momentum. Think they scored shortly afterwards too.

Feel like there really needs to be something done about the time every team takes over these shitty long throws. Pretty much every time the ball goes out  in the final third there's a 30-60 second stop in play whilst some cunt slowly trots over from the opposite side of the pitch, wipes the ball 8 times on his shirt, walks back to the advertising boards and then eventually launches it back in. Utter shit to watch

Aye it's absolutely awful. Don't know what the rule change could be, certainly ban towels and drying the ball at least.

Now that multi-ball is in place there’s no excuse for a slow restart. Work out the average time it takes for the ball to come back in play from a throw in, then make the maximum time half of whatever that is. Someone in the refs ear or the liner keeping time. No other rules necessary.

Ref needs to book the first player who does it - would soon stop. Ref last night was weak as piss.

Yeah it was maddening, just book a few and it stops.

He told DCL to go off the other side got ignored, then got ignored multiple times when he told him to run off. How do you expect authority to be respected when you allow folk to mug you off like that.

They had a spell in the second half where they had about 10 of them in fairly quick succession down our left hand side.  Utter shit.  Shouldn't be allowed to take so long every time.  Usually stealing a good few yards and all.

Their only gripe is that we went over 100 minutes, but that's their fault for pretending to be injured when they weren't. Schar's perfectly valid disallowed goal, stopping our attack for his communication device, endless fouls that he played on for which inevitably led to Schar's injury, the dodgy Thiaw handball call which VAR have said wouldn't have been given if the decision hadn't already been given as a penalty and booking Joelinton for a non-dive. He was an abomination.

It just seemed like the ref had something against us last night. Hopefully the Premier League can do something about it.

Probably given him a raise.

Remember when every fucker got really upset when we were top of the ball not in play table a few seasons back, got made into a massive thing. Deafening silence these days.

It’s not just the bottom half sides either, City, Liverpool and Arsenal arguably the worst for time wasting from the first whistle.

That was against red teams. Whichnis of course completely unacceptable.

Soft as shite. If he'd handled it then fair enough but it was a slight brush against the keeper and he dropped it.

Compare that contact to DCL on Thiaw for their pen and it's obvious which one is a foul

I didn't have too many complaints on that one, I think had the referee not seen it I think VAR would have overturned it anyway, but yes if you are giving that as a foul why DCL on Thiaw isn't one I do not know. They either didn't look at the contact from DCL or deemed not clear and obvious :(

What was the verdict of the Schar goal in the first half?

Only saw it once live but looked a bit soft

Haven't seen a replay but I thought the keeper had both hands on the ball wland it was headed out of them, so correct to disallow. Also good that he let it roll on before blowung the whistle in the knowledge that VAR would be able to check if he had made a howler. One of the few things the bent twat got right all game.

I've seen a Leeds fan on a random facebook page bellyaching that Calvert Lewin got everything given against him and was "refereed out of the game" and also it was a diagrace to give a freekick for the Schar injury.

Every fanbase has their idiots I suppose.

He knocked it out his hands with his left arm. Was the right decision to disallow it
