When Pardew will understand that his system should be around Ben Arfa (and not Demba Ba) who is in the form of his life atm ?

In the first half he was our best player and our best chance of a goal but I don't think I agreed with a single decison which he made.

He was shooting from 25 yards,  crossing from deep and playing his own game with their fullback. It was quite astonishing that he didn't create a goal considering he spent most of the half taking the piss.

Wouldn't change him mind.

We'll find out soon enough how good he is I reckon.  Completely wasted at present.  I think a mixture of a good offer and him being fed up of chasing shadows, will see him leave within a year or so.

Where is the weekly video of him anyway?  That usually gets posted up about now!

Sticking him right midfield is wasting him. Give him a freedom and he would be.....well whats the point ?. Pardew is never going to give him or any other player any freedom.

Pardew's tactics are more rigid than my cock when i realised there were porno mags as a teenager.

This is the form of his life? Really?

I think so, yes. He was poor or average between Norwich and West Ham (even if he managed to be decisive) but I find him more consistent during a complete game now (I compare with his past)

Pardew had his part for Hatem's improvement : Playing him week in, week out was all this player needed.

Build around him, buy some players who can allow him to play forward, give him a free role etc.

He's done the part of playing him week-in/week-out. But he has not built around him and bought the proper right-back (Debuchy) to allow for Hatem to stay more forward or give him an overlapping 2-punch option. (Not Pards' fault mind you, if we take what has been said in the press/talk-ins about the Debuchy saga), and he has not given him a free-role. I think there are times Hatem takes that upon himself, or if Pards' actually has given Hatem the free-role, he's generally scored or provided the assist we needed - but it was either too late to the point we should have had him in that role all match.

Yes, that's what I said (badly I reckon)

Felt sorry for him again yesterday, but do think he lost the plot towards the end and just started trying to do everything on his own. Must be frustrated as f*** at the minute.

You seen his little moment towards the end of the match, after he got the ball into the box again but it wouldn't lead to anything? He leaned against the advertising boards, had a look into the sky and then stamped his foot in the ground with full force. Pure frustration!
