sempuki
Ince plus one of Ba or Gomis would be perfect with Lightbulbheed sent to Forest/The Glue Factory an added bonus. Unfortunately we have less than 48 hours to pull these off unless of course we are already somewhere down that bloody line.

henke
After today? We've more than enough to be above the relegation zone in January, why the hell would we spend?

B-more Mag
Too much emphasis on getting players over the line and not enough on getting the line under the players. Textbook.

Ketsbaia
If Thauvin signs for us, great. If he goes to Marseille, we should be getting Ayew. Ince would be a superb alternative but despite all this, I cant see us buying any of them. It'll just be Gomis and I guess that's ok.
alpal78
Whether we get a left winger/forward or an out an out striker depends on whether Pardew wants to play 4-4-2 or 4-3-3. If its the former as our default, then we really need someone to partner the off form Cisse whose name is not Shola (not sure either Gouf or Remy plays best as an out and out striker). If it is 4-3-3, then we really need a left winger/forward (unless Remy is already deemed to be that player despite being just on loan). The truth is we're getting no one and the only thing to watch out for this transfer window is whether we loose any player especially Cabaye. If nobody leaves, we'll just be told by a condescending Pardew and Kinnear that we should be happy because we have a good squad capable of challenging for the top x. Repeat and rinse

We appear to be more suited to full out 4-3-3 with Remy, Cisse,Ben Arfa as the front 3 and Sissokho, Tiote, Cabaye as midfield 3. We don't have the wingers required for 4-4-

Guest
http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/west-brom-transfers-spurs-defoe-2240874 Yes fucking please. West Brom will throw Jermain Defoe a lifeline if he is jettisoned by Tottenham on deadline day – although Defoe hopes Newcastle will revive their interest, write Dean Jones and Alan Nixon of the Sunday People. The Baggies' boss, Steve Clarke, is keen on Defoe, who is desperate for first team football in a World Cup year. Stoke are also interested in the striker, but Defoe hopes Newcastle come back in for him before the window closes – although Toon are unlikely to match Tottenham’s £6million valuation, or his £65,000-a-week wages. Cajun
Why would Spurs sell their second choice forward? Unless they are signing MORE players.
