Tachikoma
We don't play the type of football to get the best out of Cisse, his confidence has clearly been shattered and he's coming off a serious injury. They're talking about him as if he's going to come straight into the side again and start banging them in. I'd like to see the lad do well again but it's wishful thinking on the clubs part. Just had to jinx it didn't you. Honestly quite happy for Cisse today though.
triggs
Plays shite for two years and then when we want him to be shite he comes in and scores two. I fucking hate football
oldtype
Honestly I love the guy and I'd love for him to be decent again. God knows it's just about the only thing that saves us from relegation.

TRon
Honestly I love the guy and I'd love for him to be decent again. God knows it's just about the only thing that saves us from relegation. Never agreed with the constant criticism of what is now our only genuine striker, but I wish he'd done a hamstring in training yesterday.

Never agreed with the constant criticism of what is now our only genuine striker, but I wish he'd done a hamstring in training yesterday. I'll be first to admit, I was very critical of Cisse, frankly he's deserved it over the last couple of seasons, not helped by Pardew of course playing him on the wing. But if he can sustain this level, we may even stay up this season with Pardew in charge.

TRon
Finisher. It's not the worst attribute to have for a striker, but I suppose he doesn't hold the ball up nicely like Riviere and Luuk de Jong.
toontownman
Got to say he was excellent when he came on, that was the old Papiss, shame he did it for that man. Well he didn't and I would dare say none of them did it for colback. Today was about Jonas.
The College Dropout
I've been his biggest critic on this site but if we are going to have a decent season, he'll be the one to fire us to it. Happy for him.

BillClinton
loved his tribute to Jonas. wish he had saved the goals for another day though. I'd be encouraged with his performance if it wasn't for everything else going on with the club at the moment.
Twinport53
I love Papiss like. But can't believe he high fived Pardew after getting his first one.
