So pardews a s*** Manager they reckon. Can anybody remind me of the last Sunderland Manager to finish 5th or higher?

Using logic to dispel mackem tripe :yao:

I checked it was 1955

That's superb. So when they beat us 9-1, we won the league, and last time they had as good a season as us last year (something us ourselves have matched or bettered 9 times since anyway), we won the FA Cup.

aye- and a Mackem needs to be in his 60s to have seen them do better thats Pards did last season, no wonder they feel so Inferior.

They are.

They have always been obsessed by us. I remember in their first promotion under Reid, I must have been around 8. The ginger scruff mackems round the corner were hammered, singing "No silverware, No silverware" about us. I had no idea what they were on about. I didn't understand what the big deal was, this club I'd barely heard of were singing songs about us. In my opinion our rivals were Man U. These chumps only became relevant in 1999 after they beat us 2-1.

Just hope Taylor's spouting off doesn't come back to bite us on the backside tomorrow. He should know better!

Tomorrow.  It's fucking tomorrow, can't wait.  8:30pm kick off here so perfect, just hope we bloody stuff them.  HOWAY!

Steven Taylor would be the most hilarious derby day goalscorer of all time, imagine the celebrations man.

Almost guarantee that if he scores and starts celebrating, one of them will jump on the pitch and try and smack him.

Hopefully Tiote's knocking about.

I don't  With the rage he'll probably be in from the derby he'll be liable to kill the daft sod.

It would be absolutely perfect if he scored on Sunday, would send them over the edge big time. Would probably be about 20 mins stoppage time to allow for his celebration though.

Part Time

Mags walking around the town I live in north of Spewcastle with their new strips on. Most look as though they would not have a clue where the Wonga Stadium is. Lets hope after tomorrow the tops will be put away for another year

Right for one they wouldn't as theres no such stadium. But how would you assume by looking at someone they knew where a football stadium was, unless you were out of touch with reality yourself?
