Was a decent keeper his injury troubles must be really bad if no one wants to take a chance on him.

He's an excellent keeper but his knees (one in particular) are supposed to be shot. Hope he does well with the coaching.

That one reaction save a few years ago (against Bolton?) is among the best I've ever seen. Its crazy that nobody has given him a trial at least.

8 million pound teenage superstar Connor Wickham has been loaned to Sheffield Wednesday. I suspect we'll never see this kid at the top level again. Way to aid his development, mackem eejits!

They'll be carrying on with one up top then?

Graham and Fletcher?

And no striker on the bench?

We haven't had a CB on the bench for mist the last year.

Amazing that they stick their head in the sand saying "MON got Villa to sixth 3 years in a row, look where they are now" and see no correlation with the frivolous spending during O'Neill's tenure.

i had a read through that hoping brummie might have made an appearance.

also none of them seem to think "he spent way more than they could afford to reach 6th and they are paying for it now", where does that leave them aiming for ?

Paxton talks an unbelievable amount of sense on there at times tbh, I think he's just a contrarian though so I doubt it's intentional.

 Very well put, there's a few like that on here except most of them don't make any sense whatsoever.

Re: Sissoko - Cana?

Cana was a more disciplined player and a better leader.

A proper hardman too.

Sisshitso looks to be little more than a bigger version of Lee Bowyer
