AlanSkÃrare
I really like the way we are run now. This is how football should work. Makes me sick thinking what we'd resort to under such ownership. Definite no for me.

Anderson
Yeah, Im sure Ashley is willing to sell for less than £80m That's where I gave up reading. He wouldn't sell us for £80m at our lowest ebb ffs. I don't know man, I mean he's just made the club profitable, seems like a good time to get out.

Corrigan
I think i won't be the only one to point out that the last thing we want is something to break up the semblance of stability we have got at the moment

Thing is apart from the fact it's complete BS, Ashley bought the club for 135m and payed millions more into the club for debt etc etc. I cant see him entering the idea of selling unless he gets a profit tbh. Tiresias
Better the devil you know for now. No faith in regulation as to who can buy clubs, and I will remain deeply skeptical of whoever comes forward to run the club, Ashley is doing an alright job atm apart from sports fucking direct

ponsaelius
Agreed. There's as much chance of any takeover being some fuckjobs like those who bought Blackburn than getting Man City style owners.
Mole_Toonfan
I think i won't be the only one to point out that the last thing we want is something to break up the semblance of stability we have got at the moment I think everybody is happy with how the club is run atm. ( sport direct all over the stadium shit aside) I really like the way we are run now. This is how football should work. Makes me sick thinking what we'd resort to under such ownership. Definite no for me. Summed up perfectly for me.

EthiGeordie
I am not sure about this but if the Qatari foundation wants to buy us I am all for it Regardless of Ashley plan. This was a good newspaper it will raise a good eyebrows in that part of the world.

Dr.Spaceman
Rather stick with Ashley, said it before, even when we all hated him and wanted him out at all costs. We're safer with an Englishman living within our means than a ticking time bomb who will eventually get bored.
Dave
It would be so typical of NUFC for this to happen and totally ruin everything btw.
