LoveItIfWeBeatU
The referee gave us f***-all all game like, really added to the pressure on us in a way Sunderland's play couldn't. The ref's performance seemed legitimately biased. Pretty unbelievable that the home side got no yellow cards while we got 4 of them and a red as well, I thought they were just as dirty as us and certainly more persistent. Half of our cards were for dissent due to complaining about the refs biased decisions. Apparently it's the same ref who thought De Jong's leg breaking 'tackle' on Ben Arfa wasn't worthy of a card. That explains why he didn't mind the Sunderland fouls on Ba, Shola and Santon to name but three.
Ketsbaia
I'm also shocked at the widespread agreement of the sending off. For me, it was completely wrong - didn't realise he did anything until after the card was shown.
cp40
that ref has an agenda against us. there can be no other explanation for allowing ben arfas leg break. sending off pardew, sending off tiote, ignoring Sunderlands head high wreckless chllenges, disgrace he is I wish he was dea...... erm hes shit I mean. For me, it was completely wrong - didn't realise he did anything until after the card was shown. I really, really can't see how it was ever a red. In the heat of the moment I am biased towards us but then seeing it again and having calmed down a bit I will be like 'yeah, fair enough ' but that is never a red as far as I am concerned. gbandit
Frustrating as f*** that Pardew agrees with the red card Standard Pardew media bullshit. I love his honest approach and how fair he often is but he comes out with a load of shit. Generally don't mind though

Interpolic
Frustrating as fuck that Pardew agrees with the red card To be honest - and it's not like me to stand up for Pardew's public statements - I'm glad Pardew didn't defend the challenge for 2 reasons: hopefully it will form part of an effort to calm Tiote down a bit behind closed doors; and more importantly I think the manager of a club of our size needs to choose their battles carefully when it comes to criticising referees in public and I personally don't think there was a hope in hell of getting the red card overturned. He needs to save his moaning for when it'll make a difference, it's not like we're Man Utd and having a go at referees will actually up the pressure on refs as a whole and have a 'positive' effect. Whether it was preferable for Pardew to not have been drawn either way on it is another matter though. Probably. He doesn't do that though, he'll always give an answer on anything that he's asked. Karjala
Unbelievable that Larsson and Colback didn't get booked. How about Cueller going thru the back of Ba? That wanker didnt even give a foul! Larsson also handled in the box?

Sima
There was an incident in the first half where the linesman flagged for a foul on Johnson by Santon, Atkinson waved play on then Johnson put in an utterly wank cross which was easily cleared. Atkinson then blows up for the original free kick. Cunt.

I then explained it to him and he was like, oh yeah, I guess that is two opportunities. This lad's intelligent as well, I honestly can't believe how fucking stupid people can be, especially about football

cp40
What did we do to Matt Le Tissier except let him score his best goals . He doesnt seem to like us much. rumoured interest from keegan around th time he had a contract up at saints, but rember a lot of talk about him being a fat lazy cunt etc, and nowt came of it. tbh, think hes both ways with us, heard some canny stuff from him on us in the past, he said our play was as good as barca at its best yesterday at one point
Interpolic
I think Le Tissier just hates the North of England tbh, the further North the more he hates it. I'm basing that on absolutely nothing but have believed it 100% for about 20 years regardless.

Guest BooBoo
I think Le Tissier would have flopped anywhere else. He had it cushy at Southampton playing at a crappy little stadium for a side that nobody expected big things of. He produced three or four stunning moments a season but I'm not convinced he would have succeeded out of his comfort zone.

Yup, it as at this point i lost my blob and nearly punched my old mans telly. You cant play advantage, allow the player to put in a cross, see it defended AND then decide that there was no advantage and bring it back for a free kick. Its double punishment. Allowing the said fouled player the time to play a ball in, he fucks a cross up and then pull it back giving him a second chance to play the ball in? He had the advantage and wasted it.
