I am surprised this is not postponed but there is time yet. In fact how many games around the country have been called off so far

If this does indeed go ahead...it'll be a huge well done to the ground staff and a victory for common sense (council not flapping over patronising safety decisions).

We need this game to happen.

Tbf, the council has to make the whole city centre safe for shoppers etc not just for NUFC game.

If Shola starts today, I fail to see how anyone could defend Pardew. Even considering it is absolutely ridiculous. The sooner he goes, the better

Bit like when everyone booed the decision to bring him on for Cisse and then he scored the winner...

If Shola starts judge at full time not before kick off.

Pardew has the players available today to put Reading to the sword, simple as that. So it'll be the way he sets the team up and sends them out to play (hopefully ready to spill blood) that will be the deciding factor. And if he fails he deserves everything he gets in terms of criticism.

Nail on the head mate, if he sends them out with a defensive mindset he's a complete fuckwit. We should be going out with the intention of murdering these.

Purple Tiote is not there and purple Taylor might not be match fit.

Purple Tiote has been dreadful this season and wouldn't make a difference at home anycase.

It's a windup. Has to be

Nar, probably one of Parsnip's devilishly clever feints to get the opposition lining up wrong; get the press to publish some shite to fool the opposition.
