Heron
It's fuck all to do with position it's all about his attitude. If he wants to talk the talk then he can walk the walk.

Twinport53
What a surprise. Get a grip man you absolute melt. Careful for your birds right hook tonight son. 3 times you had made this joke now. Wasn't funny the first time.

A player of his supposed quality shouldn't be effected by such a minor change though. On the wing or in the middle he should be a box to box midfielder. Based on tonight alone my picking him out is harsh but based on the last year it fucking well isn't.
Minhosa
Yep. New Chronicle dude has called him for being dogshit tonight. Good to see the local press being accurate for once.

More quality players than him are tbf, genuine World Class players look like shite outside their preferred position.

Sissoko is not a bad player he is simply playing badly. That combined with naive comments (no matter how out of context they may be) don't sit well. He should shut the fuck up and perform like a professional sportsman if he wants to reach the pinnacle of his career playing for France in a major tournament. Spider Jerusalem
Never a wide right player. Should be in the fucking middle of the park. It really isn't rocket science. But then we'd have a central midfield of Colback and Sissoko, with The Mekon on the right wing.

Interpolic
Fuck-all need for it like, and I agree with Minhosa about lots of stuff. Including Sissoko to an extent
arnonel
Would rather not have him in the team, than be our starting right wing
Lush Vlad
Where would we play him though? He's shit on the wing. He's shit as a no.10. Do people see him next to Anita/Colback? Or would we go to a more conventional midfield 3?
themanupstairs
Where would we play him though? He's s*** on the wing. He's s*** as a no.10. Do people see him next to Anita/Colback? Or would we go to a more conventional midfield 3? Should so clearly be a conventional 3 in the middle, or he could also play in a midfield 2 in a 442. He's not a right winger, and playing him so close to the touchline is like sitting in bed next to a horny Scarlett Johansson, and having a wank. Fenham Mag
There was so many occasions last night where he didn't run for the ball or track a players run. He is either a lazy bastard or just not interested.

buzza
Moussa would most definitely be better in a 433, him being on the right of the middle bank of 3, with thauvin, ayoze and a striker up front we would have plenty of "fret" (aaargh vomit!) . When a full back pushes on it would be imperative that tiote (whoever) covered the gap properly and the other fullback stayed. Would even go as far to try tiote in the middle with sissoko and wijnaldum either side. Only problem I have with this is where to fit in DeJong as he seems to be gaining form (or at least running like a lat twenties person instead of a pensioner). ---------------------------------Krul---------------------------------------- defense defense defense defense ------Sissoko-------------Tiote--------------Wijnaldum--------- -------Ayoze--------------Mitro-----------------Thauvin----
KaKa
Shown up by Moses and Kouyate yesterday, who have some similar characteristics, and they outshone him purely from an effort and desire standpoint alone. Totally inexcusable. Completely uninterested in taking any kind of responsibility on the pitch. Angers me the most because he is one of our more talented players. Cannot stand him really. GeordieT
If I remember correctly, McClaren said in that BBC Newcastle interview at the start of the season (when asked about where best to play him) that he thought Sissoko could play on the right side of a midfield three this season.
