Just watched Warburton in an interview and he would be worth a punt, of course he left his previous job because of interference from above

he's achieved far less in his career than mcclaren.

no thanks.

He's only been at 2 clubs. [emoji38]

And? Point stands, he's done sweet fuck all, why would we possibly want him here?

Because despite how good he may or may not be our current manager is a total and proven failure.

So we should bring in someone who has Brentford and Northern league standard football on his cv? Give over.

There's far better candidates out there. Mcclaren should go, don't get me wrong, but that doesn't mean we should 'take a punt' on a no mark like Warburton.

Good job we never took a punt on that Kevin Keegan fella due to his lack of achievements as a manager.

Aye, you're right. That's the same thing.

Employing an ex legend is exactly the same as hiring the current rangers manager who's previous experience was Brentford. Silly me eh?

Really need to go for a high profile big name not only to save us, but to have a summer clear out of the dead wood and useless dingbags still at the club. Rafa would be great, but would Ashley take it? No.

Get the hell out McClaren.

We aren't going to be able to attract anyone high profile at this stage of the season on a permanent gig. The best we can hope for is a short term SOS deal like Shearer got except this time offer it to an experienced manager. It has to be someone who can lift the team immediately as well, which is why I wouldn't want Moyes. Maybe long term he could do a job but like McClaren he's not exactly the rallying call sort.
