lovejoy
If rafa goes, and I think we all are fully expecting that. It'll be Bruce I think. God no. Will never watch another game if Mrs Doubtfire comes here. Anyone they get will be depressing as f*** tbh. They should move heaven and earth to keep benitez. Too right they should. If not him they need to go for a young up and coming manager. Will probably be someone s*** I've no basis for this, but I'd rather Gary neville than a Pearson, Bruce type. He'd be my number one target when Rafa goes. At least he'd offer some hope of sustainable building.

St1pe
I think I'd go for someone young along the lines of Monk. I wouldn't be massively surprised to see them give the job to Cathro.
geordiedean
They need a hungry guy who knows what it takes in the championship Step forward Mr Chris Hughton
Raconteur
You guys are all being too ambitious. You need to think more along the lines of Cathro, Coloccini or Clark (L)
Disco
Lee Clarke, Chris Houghton and Steve Maclaren would be the dream team. We'd never loose.

I realise you said you have no basis. But on what basis? The bloke is a glorified weatherman with a decent bit of knowledge.
54
Could see us going for someone like Niel Lennon.

Hughesy
Are there any Eddie Howe type managers in the lower leagues? The only one I've seen a lot about is Paul Tisdale, but that's surely too big a jump.
TRon
I think I'd go for someone young along the lines of Monk. I wouldn't be massively surprised to see them give the job to Cathro. Cathro looks like a wet fart. I think I'd prefer someone detestable like Bruce or Pearson. I'm starting to miss the days when I could take immense pleasure in hurling abuse at our own manager. Disco
Steve Bruce and his perennially shite son leading the defence. The stuff of dreams.

Ketsbaia
I think Rodgers would be quite likely and probably one of our better hopes. I'd definitely go Rodgers, but the papers were linking him with a return to Swansea. Makes sense.

St1pe
I wonder if Martinez would be an option? I've a mate who's a big Everton fan and they've seemingly had enough of him down there. I'm guessing he'd have better opportunities than us, assuming he is sacked.
Lush Vlad
If we're going to appoint some uninspiring, boring British manager. Then I hope we go for someone like Monk, who could end up being a good manager. Not some perennial mediocre/shit manager, like Steve Bruce.
