Cronky
What will a wide man who has no burst of pace, power or conviction do out wide? Amble around the paddock looking like a hybrid of Viana and Luque. It's a bit harsh to say he lacks conviction, but yeah there are issues with his physicality. Early days though. I take comfort from remembering a very similar looking player who I saw on his debut for the toon many years ago. A player who looked far too weak for professional football, and who I dismissed out of hand. His name was Chris Waddle.
Lush Vlad
Thought he looked ok until the third goal. Totally bottled the challenge at the edge of their box, then half-arsed it back, Colback style. His final ball and decision making looks a bit off. But I thought he actually looked quite lively running with the ball.
sugoinufc
He is exciting - but hopefully he will have learned a lesson from loosing the ball too easily in a dangerous position. And his tracking back was a joke! Sort that out and he could be a great sub when opponents are getting tired. Thats his way into the team atm. I made the Waddle comparison a while back like, more due to an awkward playing style and direct running than anything else. Based on YouTube videos though of course, as he's shown very little for us so far.

Needs to improve parts of his game tbh. Could be another Arfa but hope its not the case. He has shown really exciting stuff - but also the opposite i agree. Kanj
He takes 1 step forward and 3 steps back every time it seems. Made a great run that first time and then did some odd things that looked to have pissed off the staff later.

Amble around the paddock looking like a hybrid of Viana and Luque. probably why both he and Cabella were both played primarily as number 10's and not shunted on the wing as we've done. Same goes with Viana when he was here. Not that any of them have convinced me they'll do any better .....
AyeDubbleYoo
He seems a lot more physical than Cabella to me.
Shak
If he can't get on for 20 minutes at the end in a game like this where we were absolutely crying out for some width and spark in the final third... Doesn't look good for the guy like.
Skeletor
I always think he should come on but then on the rare occasions he does come on he's usually poor. Not sure what's up with him. We don't really have the luxury of letting him bed in.

TRC
At least Cabella scored and created chances in games, I cant see this lad doing that.

TRC
Cabella scored one goal. I'd bet Thauvin doesn't score a Premiership goal this season.

Minhosa
They showed the third mackem goal again on Soccer Saturday earlier today and his 'effort' was absolutely fucking criminal. Shameful.
Gallowgate Toon
Think we could've done with him, tbh. He's not shown much, aye, but we should've stuck him out on the left for the last 20 minutes and tried to stretch Stoke and get some crosses in with a genuine left footer. I'm all for fluidity but it was too much today and resulted in something much narrower than we needed, Mitrovic was dropping in midfield sometimes when there was just no need. NEEJ
I thought he should have been on in the second half, like. I'd like to see him given something resembling a run in the side and see what he offers.
Altamullan
If Ayoze was flagging/as tired as people have said, it was an ideal opportunity: Gini behind Mitro, Thauvin left. Feel like SMc has to 'sensibly' gamble with him, and show a belief in him (beyond what he feels) to raise confidence and get him firing on all cylinders. One thing's certain, it isn't going to happen solely through training, talking, or reserves.
Disco
If we're not going to play him at all and we 'need' (we absolutely don't) to sell we might as well try and ship him out in January as his being here is absolutely pointless at the moment.
