Froggy
£6m loan fee for Falcao. Great business that. It only seems great business because of the ridiculous fees being mentioned previously IMO. £6m for a year's loan is mental. Are you aware of typical loan fees? It's great business. Hernandez is expected to be a £4m loan fee. Welbeck might go out on loan and we're looking a £5m loan fee there. Gyan was £5m, Lukaku £3.5, Andy Carroll £2m... This is Radamel Falcao we're talking about here. Monaco initially wanted a £20m loan fee for Falcao.

How much will you pay for one season of Falcao with his wages as well?
joeyt
Falcao should have gone to Arsenal
Mole_Toonfan
Depends if there is an option to buy and how much that is really. £43.5m Fair enough, considering the fees going around for just decent players nowadays I'm inclined to agree with you. Pilko
I can't see Falcao solving too much for Man U, like. Far too brittle across the park.
KaKa
Arsenal are an absolute disgrace. Bet they don't even sign a striker.
Stottie
Why do Monaco want rid of him? He's only been there a year.
Mole_Toonfan
Why do Monaco want rid of him? He's only been there a year. FFP, they can't afford to keep him basically. Owner has been going through a very nasty divorce apparently.
Spider Jerusalem
Our interests, for anyone interested. Falcao. Loan. Agreement reached. Strootman to United, €25M in winter. Cleverley to Villa, £8M, may be off due to wage demands. Hernandez loan deal agreed with Real Madrid. Welbeck departure unlikely. Anderson and Powell free to leave if suitable offer is made. Carvalho deal not dead. One last move for midfielder expected. Schneiderlin also possible. £20m offer allegedly rejected. May make another. Vidal unlikely now, but still interest from United. Sergio Romero targeted as replacement for Lindegaard and competition to De Gea. Offer accepted for GK Kenneth Vermeer, but keeper rejected move. Odegaard on radar. Any deal would result in immediate loan back. This is all our transfer activity in a nutshell. Notice the lack of any centre back links? Newcastle's transfer deadline day interests Balance the books, possibly make a profit

Deckard 13
Nastasic to Everton would be so, so depressing. In fact, any capable defender going to anyone outside the top 5 or so clubs today will be.

Tiresias
to be fair pardew's game plan would be to drop deep and concentrate on defending against that anyway
Ste
Man United will get that £6m back through shirt sales, no problem at all. Problem comes when it's time to either buy him or replace him, and filling that gap in the squad.
