It's pretty cheap and cringe worthy, but it's a fairly conclusive database of players scouted from around the world. Obviously if they wanted to appear like competent journalists/analysts, they could just look at the database and learn from it, rather than directly referencing it... but I'm assuming there are financial reasons why it's being plugged all the time on SSN.
