Remember mags were leading 1 0 when we beat them 9 1 and we caused their supporters to riot

Never forget.

A century ago...

Against a back up youth team when our first team went on strike, the same year we won the league too. Mentals.

Nah.  :undecided:

More than happy to laugh at them when it comes to football and that, but the fact people living there aren't skilled enough to get jobs is a sad state of affairs.

With WBCP on that one like. It's a North East thing and I'd much rather there were no shitholes and plenty of jobs. Definitely not something to mock an area for.

Give over man.....no-ones laughing at child poverty or hate crime statistics ffs. Obviously no-one wants to see the region on its arse but....

Let's just imagine that the roles were reversed and it was Newcastle featuring highly in both articles. We would all be 'Gravy stained dole-knackers in our Benwell sh*tholes, getting p*ssed up every night and punching the horses"

Comes with the territory I'm afraid.

Not sure how reliable Adzuna are like or exactly where Newcastle features but its not in the top 10 so I'll gladly laugh at Sunderland, and Hull while I'm at it

“We broke down the first eight games,” said Allardyce.

“From our point of view, we’ve played three games and got three points, and got five games to go.

“At the end of that five games, we have to have better than double figures. That’s what I’m looking for.”

The first of those five games sees seventh-placed Southampton travel to the Stadium of Light on Saturday.

Following the international break, Sunderland then face trips to Crystal Palace and Arsenal, punctuated by home games against Stoke City and Watford.

Allardyce added: “I haven’t done a points target, in terms of what the total is that we’ll need.

“But I’m in the middle of doing a presentation for the lads on how to get to a safe position in the league and what it’ll take to get there.

“We’ll do that as soon as we can get it sorted out, but probably after the international break.

“It’s a far bigger demand than just finishing fourth bottom.”

What a fucking idiot

I imagine it would be quite common for managers and coaching staff to use presentations and videos  ???

Having said that, I cannot imagine anything more dull than a presentation by this boring c***.
