Poyet to West Ham would be hilarious. A sidewards move that'd be a slap in the face to Sunderland. They're probably going down next season anyway, never mind with more managerial upheaval.

Somebody told me that they are losing most of their first team after tomorrow, what with loans ending and contracts running out.

The paranoia in this thread man, as if the media gives a f*** about Sunderland enough to have an agenda against them.

RTG mindset - The magedia hate us because we keep beating their darlings and won't go down when we're told. Conversely, fans of all other clubs love us because of our unswerving loyalty, sense of fair play and because we're basically a nicer version of the dirty mag kernts

Reality: No-one south of Peterlee gives a ha'penny jizz about sunderland.

Hilarious how these are already under the impression that next season is going to be amazing for them. Do they ever learn?

Boom bust cycle fully underway already.

It's not even a great escape. They had games in hand to save themselves, and won them. They didn't come from behind with the same amount of matches left. If they won, they'd stay up. That's not a great escape. Fulham a few years ago was a great escape.

I'd say looking to be down then getting 7 points from Man City, Chelsea and Man U away is pretty great.

They have done very well to stay up in recent games, but lets face it, they are still shit and require another mass overhaul of their squad to avoid the same situation next season.
