Marmoset
Meh. He's a tit but might be able to get them motivated. Managed to keep Leicester going when they looked dead and buried last season.
Guest Howaythetoon
Pearson is an odd one like, he did a magnificent job at Leicester it has to be said, taking them up and keeping them up. They played a hard and fast direct game there, but I can't see him doing well at the mackems. He will be to their players and squad what Souness was to us. Mind all they need to do is beat us... Kaizero
Talksport reckon it's bob Bradley http://stream1.gifsoup.com/view1/1813338/oh-god-no-o.gif Been saying in Norwegian media today on the Sunderland connection that he doesn't want to move for a club that can't fight to be in Europe, no matter how lowly the league status, as European competition is the most interesting and challenging aspect of club management. Says he wants to get a Bundesliga club but that the Premier League could be tempting should the right club come along.

TRon
Fat Sam would actually be a good choice for Sunderland. He's never going to be given a job at a top club, but his ugly football does usually keep his teams clear of relegation, and that's all Sunderland should be aiming for realistically. pinkeye
Sun'lun's search for a new manager is not generating much interest in the "news". Not like poor old Liverpool and their perpetual struggle to find a manager who will propel then past 6th in the league!
Tiresias
turned on talkshite for some reason for a minute and they had mickey quinn talking about this, said "fans in the north east don't want a manager to come in and play fancy football, they want hard work, fans cheer more for hard tackles than goals in the north east" Stop equating sunderland mongs with all fucking fans in the north east. i guess Kevin Keegan is remembered as a fancy terrible manager round here and we all hail allardyce. Collage
Must be John Carver. Knows the North East, has supported Wolves Newcastle Sunderland all his life, did wonders with Toronto. Come on. Just sign him up.

hithere
It's going to be Pearson. I can see it now. Down beating Derby's points total. At least two touchline bans. Him throttling Fletcher... Actually there might be positives in this.
