Man City 4 - 0 Newcastle United - 19/08/13 - post-'match' reaction from page 63

There seemed to be a lot of frustration in the first half.

Cisse booting the ball at the crowd, Taylor deciding to clothesline Aguero, Debuchy throwing the ball down at the ground, Yanga-Mbiwa pushing Dzeko and taking a chunk out of Navas, etc.

Well, did anyone expect anything else?

I could not give a shit about the defeat tbh.

Krul, Colo, Sissoko & HBA was good.

Dummet has a future in PL.

Tiote had parts where he was decent.

Debuchy and Cisse was terrible, the latter can be excused for no service.

Next week will show us where we stand.  O0

City to score 2 quick goals, we continue to stand off and let them knock it about, grimly hanging on until HT. First 5 minutes of the second half we look bright and maybe even force a save or 2 from Hart. They then swiftly get a third and we go to pieces. They run us ragged until full time scoring another 1 or 2. We'll either pick an injury or a daft red card as we're chasing their shadows.

Nearly.

Same shit different season.

If this is what we have as a group of players, then we need a new manager.

No no, keep Pardew and spend £700m on a new team. That's what we need. Pardew would work wonders with Citeh's team. No idea why they overlooked him.

I'm genuinely not quite sure what anyone was expecting here? Are Swansea shit because they lost 1-4 to Man Utd? No of course not. Judge the team after a few games not this one FFS.

Are you fucking kidding man? Did you watch either of those matches?

There are many ways to lose a match. Would be nice to see us create a chance, for example. Or to show a bit of discipline. Or organisation. Or any of the other things you can think of that a Premier League team should be able to do. We did none of them and it's not a one-off.
