The Managerial Merry Go Round™ - Steve Cooper sacked by Leicester

Recommended Posts

You said that on Monday? Howay man, it's been obvious Mackay is off for weeks, if not months.

basically since the technical director fella was sacked its been obvious how this will end only question remains is will he walk or wait for the compensation (or do both since if that e-mail thing is true he's got a damn good case for constructive dismissal like Keegan had)

Are people/media actually being serious when mentioning Hoddle for Spurs?

I don't get this.  Levy sacked him a decade ago - has he even done anything since then?

He has said he wants it, doubt very much it will happen

Haven't seen it but apparently their assistant manager, David Kerslake, has just been put forward in a presser and asked to explain the situation.  Said he wouldn't answer and was told "that's not good enough" by SSN's Gary Cotterill.

How the fuck does he know what Vincent Tan is thinking?

Listening to it now, god its painfull to hear. Kerslake has been strung up to be sent out to that. Love the collective hush when the bloke asks how they will handle Suarez tomorrow, the whole place was like 'nobody cares about the match so shut up'

Surely the press know that he doesn't have a clue what's going on? Why give him a hard time?

Exactly, it came across as bullying the way they expected the poor bloke to answer things he clearly wasnt able to. By all means accuse the owner/club but they were out to shoot the messenger

This British manager, household name, currently at another club.

It is blatantly Pardew or Lennon and I'm sure neither will accept.

Joe Kinnear, nailed on with his incredible record
