Raconteur
Stoke have been underwhelming this season. Clearly should be doing better. Sackings are frequently brutal, but this one had to happen. If Stoke stay down this season, they’re not coming back for a while.
toon25
Hope that’s the case. Don’t miss those fuckers at all.
samptime29
Stoke have been underwhelming this season. Clearly should be doing better. Sackings are frequently brutal, but this one had to happen. If Stoke stay down this season, they’re not coming back for a while. They've won 2 games away all season. Just not good enough for a team chasing promotion, especially when their home record is just average.
The College Dropout
Clubs like Burnley and Huddersfield wouldn't be where they are without their currently failing managers. It's a much bigger roll of the dice for them to bring in a new manager. Wasnt that the same with Fulham and the Serb bloke? Fulham more willing to back a new man and backed the manager in the summer. Huddersfield haven't gone all out to stay up. Burnley - i feel like them and Bournemouth have actually spent a fair wedge just not on big names. jackyboy
Same old names come forward, Moyes, Allardyce......................how do these people keep getting jobs, they've proved time and again that they are useless but keep on picking up big pay offs
joeyt
Allardyce isn't useless like. He's an awful bloke but he isn't a useless manager
The College Dropout
Few of the PFM lot are useless managers entirely.

Guest
Karanka leaves Forest. Wonder if O’Neill & Keane would go there? Ex-players and available.
Guest covmag
Karanka was once touted for the job here, his stock was high once. Found out, shite

Guest
Didn’t realise Mourinho was being linked with Real Madrid again. Wonder if Karanka will just go back there as number 2 if he does?
Yorkie
Would be quite incredible if Mourinho ended up at Real Madrid again. He did badly in his last job, made no friends, got an absolutely enormous pay-off, then walks into arguably the biggest club in the world? Only in football. KaKa
Leicester are eight and ahead of the likes of Everton, Bournemouth, Wolves and West Ham?! Don't understand the constant speculation over that man's job. Well if Rafa goes there and we are after a manager that knows all of the French players we are insistent on bringing in, then maybe he'll be worth a go.
