Absolute pisser for Blackburn but happy that Derby are getting a decent manager in. Two of my favourite Championship clubs tbh.

Got a 60 year old die hard fan at work, he’s very excited about this appointment to say the least.

This Chelsea manager could be in bother

Still reckon they were mad to lose Pochettino. 2nd half of last season Chelsea looked really good and I would say had he carried on to this season he'd be up there with Liverpool and Arsenal.

Maresca carried some of that momentum for a while but it's turned into his team now and it isn't doing well.

Lack of a proper striker and just overall a bit of a soft group isn’t helping.

Poch was absolutely perfect for them if that wanker Boehly was intent on paying through the nose for young talent. But that club is genuinely rotten to the core - much like Man Utd.

They'll ship out Maresca at the end of this season and bring in another young coach - my bet is the bloke at Ajax. Rinse and repeat.

I was reading about why Poch left and it seems he wanted to sign some more experienced players to go along with the youngsters.

Exactly what people in this thread are identifying as Chelsea's problem.
